Okay, you are going to need TWO people for this.
Get the Bargaining Magazines. There is one in Food Court and one in the Americana Casino.
FOOD COURT MAGAZINE LOCATION
Okay, this one is tricky. You can find this one by doing "Taste like Chicken" side mission, but you don't have to.
Okay, by the jellybean store, there is some vending machines. Jump on those and then jump onto the building. Walk across and yay you found Bargaining Magazine 1.
AMERICANA MAGAZINE LOCATION
This one is where the zombrex stash is. Go to the BBQ place and go to the top level and go to the right when you reach the middle of the stairs. Now, you will see a long set of square type lights. Jump to one to one until you get to the building where there is $1000 and zombrex. And lo and behold there is Bargaining Magazine 2.
NOW FOR THE PARTNER.
Okay, once YOU have both magazines go into the Slot Ranch Casino and go into the bath room for a "Barricade". Okay, now have your PARTNER get both magazines. Once he has them tell them to save. Now, invite him to your game. HE WILL NOT HAVE ANY OF HIS STUFF. Once he joins tell him to quit. Okay, you have to be fast here. Once he quits, hold right on the DPAD and send a invite to your partner. Tell him to load the save where he has both magazines, and accept the invite from the Guide button while the loading to HIS story. and once it has finished loading for him it should say something like "Do you wish to join Player 1's game?"
Obviously you click yes. He should join with his magazines. Keep doing that till you 12 Magazines.
NOW THIS.
Now, go to the place with the hummer. The origanal price is 2,000,000. With these magazines the hummer actually gives $400,000.
The thing is every magazine takes 10% of prices at the pawn shops. 10 magazines = 100% off. 12 magazines = 120% which makes it give 400,000 dollars everytime.
