[OFFICIAL] "Help me with my patch" thread

So I figured I would make this because as more and more join and get jtags, there will be more people making patches.
As everyone knows, nobody is perfect, we all make mistakes. So here is the thread to post your broken, old, or run- down patches for us to help.
Or want to know how to add something to your patch? Post it here and we will help.

Please, I know this goes without saying, but please, no flaming and putting others down. Nobody is forcing you into this thread, so if you don't have something constructive to say, don't say anything. With everyones help, this can be a great resource for beginning patch makers (and the pros too )
